1 - Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

Cookies: Files sent by the Portal server to the Visitors' computers, with the purpose of identifying the computer and obtaining access data, such as navigated pages or clicked links, thus allowing to customize the Visitors' navigation on the Portal, according to their profile.

Sabarense Store: Denomination used in this document to identify the controller and owner of this Portal.

IP: Abbreviation for Internet Protocol. It is a set of numbers that identifies the Visitors' computer on the Internet.

Logs: Records of Visitors' activities carried out on the Portal.

Web beacons: Programming lines in HTML pages whose purpose is to obtain details of the user's navigation, such as how long the site was open, which address was visited next, among others.

2 - Data and information collection

2.1 - Data and information will be obtained when Visitors interact with the various functionalities existing on the Portal, providing information voluntarily, such as in the "Customer Service" section, for example.

3 - Data and Information Storage

3.2 - All data and information collected from Visitors will be incorporated into the Portal's database, with Sabarense Store being responsible for it.

3.2 - The collected data and information will be stored in a secure environment, observing the available state of the art, and can only be accessed by qualified personnel authorized by Sabarense Store.

3.3 - Considering that no security system is absolutely secure, Sabarense Store disclaims any responsibility for any damages and/or losses resulting from failures, viruses or invasions of the Portal's database, except in cases of fraud or fault by the same.

3.4 - Sabarense Store collects only the indispensable information for the viability of its business, which is.

4 - Use of Data and Information

4.1 - The data and information collected from Visitors may be used for the following purposes:

a) Respond to any questions and requests from Visitors;

b) Compliance with legal or judicial order;

c) Constitute, defend or regularly exercise rights in judicial or administrative scope;

d) Prepare general statistics, to identify the profile of Visitors and develop Sabarense Store campaigns, but without personal identification;

e) Guarantee the security of Visitors;

f) Keep Visitors' records updated for contact purposes by phone, email, SMS, direct mail or by other means of communication;

g) Inform about news, promotions and events of Sabarense Store and its commercial partners.

4.2 - The database collected by the Sabarense Store Portal will not be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, informed or rented to third parties.

4.3 - The acquired data can only be accessed by professionals duly authorized by Sabarense Store, respecting the need to which they will be submitted, the relevance to the Portal's objectives and the users' interests, in addition to preserving users' privacy.

4.4 - If the User stops using the services offered by the Portal, Sabarense Store may, for audit purposes and preservation of rights, keep the record of their data and information, for a maximum period of 5 (five) years, with the option to permanently delete them according to its convenience.

5 - Cookies

5.1 - The Portal may make use of cookies, and Visitors are responsible for configuring their Internet browser, if they wish to block them. In this hypothesis, some functionalities of the Portal may be limited.

5.2. Also, the Portal may use web beacons to collect behavioral data from page visitors, where the installation of files on visitors' equipment is not necessary.

5.3. Other technologies may be used to obtain user navigation data, however, they will always respect the terms of this policy and the user's options regarding their collection and storage.

6 - General Provisions

6.1 - The provisions contained in this Privacy Policy may be updated or modified at any time, and Visitors are responsible for checking it whenever they access the Portal.

6.2 - Visitors should contact us if they have any questions regarding the provisions of this Privacy Policy through the "Customer Service" Section.

6.3 - By placing information in a public area of the Sabarense Store Portal, the user is aware that it will be available to other Visitors and Users of the site.

6.4 - Sabarense Store cannot control what Visitors and Users do with the information published on the site. Remember that any information disclosed in these areas can become public information and, therefore, caution and common sense are important when publishing any content.
